For the Jam I used:
1 green apple(sliced) it's just for the pectine, fish'em out later
1 cup sugar
throw that into a pot and boil.
then the ice cream base which is a 2:1 cream to milk ratio, 3/4 cup sugar or less, then half of the jam you make, midway freezing, add some more of those strawberries and freeze the ice cream further.
All that in an hour. Now what do I do?
